Perfectly designed by partnerundpartner-architekten, the Wooden House K is built to maximize living comfort suited to calculated budget and a big amount of personal contribution. Occupying 176 square miles, the house stands firmly as a living place for a single family. Viewed from outside, the building looks so simple, but it creates luxury sense inside. Organized well around a solid core of clay, the Wooden House K contains luxury atmosphere inside. Staircase, oven and service lines are located in the prominent core. The space seems to be roomier and spacious. Everyone will feel like home staying in that house. For the exterior side, the existing house is encircled by the architectural elements of the Black Forest. To accomplish the building, the roof overhang is completely reduced. Each room offers an individual views through the asymmetric window.
