The Urban Lofts and its description

The Urban Lofts is a building as a living space which is right built at the intersection of Voutadon and Iakhou Streets. The design is referred to the philosophy of lofts apartments. So that is why the building of Urban Lofts is packaged with rough and raw materials. This building contains five houses consisting of four lofts per two floors and a penthouse at the top floors. To connect every loft, it is provided a stairwell. On the top level of the building, it is dominated by the water element completed with open patio.

“The building Urban Lofts is located at the intersection of Voutadon and Iakhou Streets, very near the complex of Technopolis. This new construction is based on the philosophy of lofts apartments, with particular focus on construction with rough and raw materials (concrete, metal). On the ground floor commercial use is located with access from the Voutadon Street, while the access to apartments is from the street Iakhou. The rest of the building is shared by five houses: four lofts per two floors and a penthouse at the top floors. The central vertical motion via the shared stairwell.
