Santa Julia House comes with modern design. The house looks pretty boxy which gives a floating interpretation over the flat plot. The Santa Julia House is perfectly designed by Josep Ferrando which is located in Santa Julià, Andorra. Existing in 500 sqm, the Santa Julia House presents overwhelming views. The sense seems clear and recognizable. At front part of the house, it could be seen a pathway into the main entrance and a way to the basement area as a car shed encircled by solid wall.
The Santa Julia House and its detail
Nice-looking – the Santa Julia House gives a warm atmosphere around. The ground level of the house features 12x14m which gives intimate space to the north and more social and daylight space to the south. 12m box in this floor contains the dining and sitting rooms as well as the kitchen overlooking to the open garden. In the garden, it is placed a modern design of swimming pool. For the ceiling, it is designed with different height to allow a skylight effect with transversal views. What do you think? The Santa Julia House looks better and greater to live in.
A glance review of Santa Julia House based on archdaily.com
“The building of Santa Julia House is an abstract, concrete box that appears to float over the flat plot. On the ground level this 12x14m box contains the more intimate and nocturnal areas to the north and the more social, daylight activity area is south-facing. In this area, where we find the dining and sitting rooms as well as the kitchen the box is perforated with a large 12m void opening the views to the garden and the distant church.
