And at this moment it has changed become the housing zone with complete facility. This Residential Complex Le Lorrain is perfectly designed by MDM Architecture which takes place in Brussels, Belgium. The presence of Residential Complex Le Lorrain has a mean of life. The site features opening up the interior of the plot to give the neighborhood a new spring in between the contemporary and strong orientation. Three different typologies shapes the residential complex; simplex, duplex and triplex with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 3 terrace houses at the rear part of the building. In the middle of the site it is provided a large circulation area which is functioned as a flexible space; a wide meeting and playing area for residents. There is also a private garden for each house.

“This project is the renovation of the former Brumétal dealer of old iron into a social housing complex composed of a 4-flat building connected by a large common open space to 3 maisonettes at the rear of the site.
The general design reflects a contemporary approach based on the genius loci and on the requirements from the program. It includes different typologies of accommodations: simplex, duplex and triplex from 2 to 4 bedrooms and organised in one apartment building and 3 terrace houses at the rear of the site.
