Here is the latest Pitfire Pizza restaurant where before it was a dark Shakey’s pizza parlor. If you go inside, you will see the active center to your eyes – that is a modern, bold red steel hood which hangs over the wood burning. It is also accomplished with new skylights and large cuts around the exterior. It aims to create a shining view during the daylight, so the electrical lighting is not used until sunset.
