The Modern Villa seems to be very expressive. The building is finished with the touch of a steel structure around a concrete core coupled with lightweight prefab timber exterior walls. For the ceiling, it is closed to a warm brown wooden cladding. What about the interior? The interior feature comes with bright nuance to give a balance of the exterior. The room feels so much spacious with several spaces around it. The villa is divided into three different levels. On the ground floor, the open kitchen area and the living room are located directly facing the waterfront. At the first floor, there are three children’s bedrooms and a bathroom.
