Hi home lovers, this is the form of Casanueva Pharmacy building which is located in Murcia, Spain. This building is a creation of Clavel Arquitectos. You can look at the picture above. “Based on archdaily.com, the pharmacy’s sales model has been changing recently, parallel to rules and regulations. Besides the health service of the pharmacy, concepts such as “added value”, “competence” and “visualization” start appearing on the business speech. This 2-story, 180 sqm refurbishment was made in just two months; this was especially difficult because during the first month we were asked to combine sales and building work. This became the main complexity of the building process and the project decisions. Therefore, prefabricating the maximum number of elements was a necessary starting point.

It looks so modern if you stare at the building of Casanueva Pharmacy. The entire building is emphasized on a 3d façade. It is covered by the text of “FARMACIA”. This mark becomes the identity of the pharmacy and also provides the necessary solar protection. The sign will light up at the dark and be only explicable from a certain distance.

Inside the Casanueva Pharmacy

From outside view, Casanueva Pharmacy looks very impressive with the mark of FARMACIA. What about from the inside view? If you go inside, you will find a green metallic slat cladding behind the sign FARMACIA. Its green metallic stretches from the ceiling to the floor. This joins with the same color epoxy-resin pavement. It works collectively as a background for the sales furniture.

This space is completed with a rotating desk to show the products, a little office, and the air conditioning machines. On the other side, there will be a glass sliding door leads to the laboratory, a toilet and a mezzanine behind the desk. Completely, Casanueva Pharmacy looks very great with new sales’ model.
