This is an existing residential housing which is built on a former industrial neighborhood in the Chandieu area in Geneva of Switzerland. This housing is respectively called as the Bamboo Residency designed perfectly by group8. The main building of this residency occupies total project area of around 14,000 square meters. The external seems to be contemporary with distinctive design on each block. The Bamboo Residency and its simple description

The existing building of Bamboo Residency is designed in 6 floors which include a double attic and 2 garage levels underground. The residency offers 46 apartments in co-ownership starting from 4 to s6 rooms and each gets special view of both north-east and south-west side exposure. Each block apartment reveals large interior surfaces coupled with wide terrace. On the ground floor, private garage levels are positioned well. Outdoor view of the residency fills with private garden and bamboos on each ground floor apartment as well as the garage for car and bicycle.

Following the urbanistic plan’s recommendation, the Bamboo Residence, together with the Coral House, creates a new large city block.
