Design applied to the 2 Bar House is enough attracted the attention of the world, where there is a park on the top floor of this House Bar 2. This park is actually almost like a mini desert with a few small plants that decorate it. uniqueness of 2 Bar House not only stop there but also in the design of the interior there is a ladder that can make anyone who sees it will wonder what the actual usefulness of these objects. In a room on the second floor there is a sort of wall that is designed to resemble a rock wall that is used for sport climbing wall. This unique wall used as a sort of alternative steps to reach the second floor of 2 Bar House.

San Francisco-based studio Feldman Architecture has sent us photos of the 2 Bar House project. Completed in September 2010, this 2,120 square foot two story contemporary home is located in Menlo Park, a city in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.2 Bar House by Feldman Architecture:“The 2 Bar home in Menlo Park, California represents a very cost-conscious design and implementation of green materials and technologies for a couple with two young children. The new residence replaced an awkward and inefficient structure with a smart, sustainable, open home that embraced the family’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The 2 bar concept floats a bedroom bar above and perpendicular to a living bar, an arrangement that allows both spaces to open up to more light than the typical box. The lower, living level features accordion and lift/slide doors which allow the house to open to a generous backyard and garden. A private, green roof with deck allows the upper level to also have a connection to garden and landscape. The horizontal slats that clad the upper bar create a simple and elegant rain screen and provide operable panels over the windows that can be easily moved to control light and privacy.
